A Scavenger Hunt for Health
Supporting the Northumberland Hills Hospital

On Saturday, May 9th, 2009, 17 teams braved the rain to participate in Search Party ~ A Scavenger Hunt for Health hosted by the Youth Cares Committee of the Northumberland Hills Hospital Foundation. The teams had three hours to collect as many items as they could from the scavenger hunt list. Almost $3,000 was raised for the purchase of high priority medical equipment for the Northumberland Hills Hospital. After the Search Party participants gathered to share stories, strategies and photos of their day and enjoy a barbeque and refreshments.  

The Bounty Hunters, with team members Whitney Lake, Lorraine Harnden and Joanne Redfern, won the event taking home the first place prize of $500.
